In ARCH 5230 Structural Systems, B.S. Arch. and M.Arch. students at Northeastern university learn statics, materials, load path, and structural design in one semester. The final project is a long-span roof structure brief, an opportunity to apply all concepts from the class to their own design. The final review this semester was optional for students, and we had a great turnout from students and reviewers alike.

Congratulations to students Colin, Meghan, Ada, Julia, Megan, Juliana, Joanna, Polina, Abraham, Tala, Marcella, Pearl, Alexis, and Micaela for participating; special thanks to our internal and external reviewers Michelle, Jose Luis, Karissa, Derek, Jonathan, Nebyu, and Tasha for taking the time to provide feedback.
Shoutout to Karissa Wenger for fantastic work sharing the final project coaching load with me, and grateful to TAs Alexandra, Drew, and Emma for a smooth and enjoyable semester.
