Prof. Demi Fang presented a paper titled “Trans-typology design space exploration: Using gradients to inform decision-making in the design of spanning structures” at the International Association of Shell and Spatial Structures (IASS) conference, held at ETH Zürich in 2024. The conference was full of exciting ideas and wonderful community, including outstanding and memorable keynotes.
It was great to connect with many colleagues old and new and to contribute to an ongoing dialogue on the environmental impact of structural systems.
